How are your cattle raised?

At Freddie Wieder Farms Next Gen LLC, situated amidst the tranquil landscapes of Humansville, Missouri, we take great pride in our approach to raising cattle in harmony with nature. Our cattle graze on a diverse blend of fescue, clover, and winter rye grass, meticulously cultivated to provide them with the nutrition they need to thrive. We prioritize a natural diet for our cattle, without the use of growth hormones, allowing them to grow and mature at their own pace. By nurturing our cattle on this wholesome diet, we ensure that they reach their peak flavor and tenderness by the age of 18-20 months.

How do you define natural raised?

Our natural beef are raised on pastures with no hormones or antibiotics. They are handled with low stress to keep them calm which produces better quality meat.
