Once you place your order, Freddie will walk you through the whole process step by step. Together, you’ll determine the types of cuts and weights that are right for you and your family. In the end, you’ll have a freezer full of Premium Quality Beef.

The initial payment is a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT which will be applied to the total. Your final price is based on the hanging weight of the beef. This includes full processing, your choice of cuts, vacuum packing, and freezing.

Remember, the hanging weights do vary with each order but our average hanging weight for a side is about 300lbs.
